If your purchase arrived damaged, or if items in your order do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days. We want to make it right!
If you would like to return an item, please provide the required information on the Product Return Request Form. A customer service representative will contact you the TWO business dayS with a Return Authorization Number or a request for additional information. You may also contact us at email@example.com, or call 833-Pet-JUMP (833-738-5867). The Return Authorization Number must be written on the package being returned.
Send your return via Insured Mail to the address on the shipping label. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE Do not provide prepaid return labels unless an incorrect item is shipped, or the item arrives damaged. IN all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Items Shipped Directly from the Manufacturer may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Did Your ITEM Arrive Damaged? All shipments are fully insured; damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly.
If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. If you discover the damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by the carrier may be necessary.
If a PACKAGE ARRIVES damaged, please have YOUR DELIVERY MAN verify the damage, then notify us and we’ll take it from there.
